James Scrimgeour
Dr. James R. Scrimgeour is a Professor Emeritus at Western Connecticut State University who has been writing a poem per week since 1993. He has published nine books of poetry and over 200 poems in anthologies and periodicals and has given over 150 public readings of his work. He has been nominated for several Pushcart Prizes, has participated in NEH poetry seminars at NYU and Princeton, has served as Editor of Connecticut Review, and is one of five poets featured on the CBS-Connecticut Poetry Blog.
